4　Equipment and Materials Mobilization

4.1　General Requirements

4.1.1　The unit in charge of construction shall compile the equipment and materials mobilization plan.

4.1.2　Before the equipment is installed，it is necessary to unpack the box to examine the equipment，and after the box of equipment is unpacked，it is necessary to properly protect the equipment.

4.1.3　The unpacking and inspection of equipment shall meet the following regulations:

1　When carrying out the unpacking and inspection of equipment，the inspection record shall be kept and it is necessary to go through formalities of handing over and taking over the equipment.

2　When carrying out the unpacking and inspection of equipment，it is necessary to make an inventory of equipment according to the packing list，and check the model and specifications of equipment according to the design document.

3　Examine the quality of surface of equipment，and there shall not be the defect，deformation and corrosion on the surface of equipment，and if there is the defect，it shall be recorded on time.

4　The data of equipment provided with the machine shall be preserved properly or turned over to the owner，and it is necessary to go through formalities of turn over the data.

4.1.4　When transporting and hoisting the equipment，the hoisting point shall be at the position marked on the equipment or packing case，and there shall be the protective measures.

4.1.5　After the material enters into the site，it is necessary to establish the account of material and the material shall be put in storage on time，and lay up the material tidily，and there shall be the mark on it and the measure to prevent the damage.

4.1.6　It is necessary to appoint the special person to manage the equipment and material，and before the use of equipment and material，it is necessary to report for inspection.
