3.6　Inspection and Acceptance of Base Plates

Ⅰ　Main Control Items

3.6.1　When using the base grout method to set the base plate，the 48-hour strength of concrete of base grout shall reach the design strength of concrete of foundation.

Number of examination:Every batch shall be examined.

Method of inspection:Examine the test report of base grout test block strength.

Ⅱ　General Items

3.6.2　The setting of base plate of equipment shall conform to the relevant specifications of national standard in effect General code for construction and acceptance of mechanical equipment installation engineering（GB 50231）and shall meet the requirements of design.

Number of examination:Make spot checks of 20%，and the number is not less than 4 pieces.

Method of inspection:Carry out the examination by observation，use the ruler to measure，use the feeler gauge to examine，and use the hammer to lightly knock the base plate.

3.6.3　The permissible variation of base grout base plate shall meet the specifications of Table 3.6.3.
