4.2　Requirements for Urban Power Plant

4.2.1　Power plants shall be connected to distribution networks in a hierarchical，zoned and decentralized manner.

4.2.2　Power plants to be connected to distribution networks shall be determined based on their available capacity，transmission distance，network safety and conditions，as well as other factors.Voltage level at which the power plant is connected to the network，power plant size，unit capacity and mode of connection shall satisfy the specific requirement of the urban distribution network.

4.2.3　Power plants connected to distribution networks shall be provided with simple main connection and minimized number of outgoing circuits without secondary voltage booster.

4.2.4　Integrated generator units shall be provided with special synchronization and out-ofsynchronization devices.
