4　Power Source of Urban Distribution Network

4.1　General Provisions

4.1.1　The power source for a city shall include 220kV（or 330kV）substations in HV transmission networks，and power plants and distributed generations connected to the urban distribution network.

4.1.2　The power source shall be selected based on the national energy policies and principles of energy conservation，environmental protection and land saving.Clean energies such as hydropower，wind power and solar power shall be actively developed.
