面试交流 Communicating with Interviewers
面试就犹如一场没有硝烟的战争，知己知彼才能百战不殆。因此，提前熟悉面试流程及交流用语尤为重要。下面我们就带大家来熟悉面试交流中的常用对话。
David: Good morning, Jane. I’m David, manager of Human Resources Department. Take a seat, please.
Jane: Thank you, David.
David: Now could you please give me a brief introduction of yourself ?
Jane: Yes, I graduated from Peking University and I majored in finance. I think I’m diligent and outgoing.
David: That’s great! Why do you think you are competent for the job?
Jane: During my school life, I’ve worked very hard. And I’ve been engaged myself in a lot of internships concerning finance.
David: Impressive. What are your expectations in your career?
Jane: Well, I hope to be a project manager within five years.

知识加油站
★ be engaged in 表示“忙于……”“从事于……”“参与……”。
例：I’ve been engaged in lots of benevolent activities.
我参与过许多公益活动。
★ 注意区分两个“希望”，即 hope 与 wish。
一般情况下，hope 指盼望得到好的或有力的结果，并对此有一定的信心；而 wish 则多用于难于实现或不可实现的愿望，常用于虚拟语气中。
例：I hope to be a sales manager in the future.
我希望将来能够成为一名销售经理。
I wish I had finished the task last night.
我希望昨天晚上完成了任务。
