Abstract

Although it has been a long time to study Marx's ontological thought，there exist many academic debates.As a major part of Marxism's philosophic research，the study on Marx's ontological thought is not only related to the process of Chinese Marxism and Marxist philosophy with Chinese characteristics，but also related to the development of our country's ideological and political education work.

Through relevant text analysis，the paper makes a systematized review of the development of Marx's labor ontological thoughts.Firstly，the paper explores the theoretical origins of Marx's ontological thought.It first from the etymological exploration of“ontology”，and then discusses the theoretical origins of development of ontology from three aspects：the Greek philosophy，modern European philosophy of 17th-18thcentury and German classical philosophy.Those abundant theory sources Marx acquired provide the theoretical base for Marx's following ontological perspectives in a different phase.Secondly，the paper explores Marx's ontological thoughts from1840s-1850s to the period of writing Das Kapital .Through relevant text analysis，five different ontological perspectives can be found between 1840s and 1850s：self-consciousness ontology in Doctoral dissertation，perceptual existence ontology in Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844，social praxis ontology in Theses on Feuerbach，social production ontology in German Ideology，social existence ontology in Preface to A Critique of Political Economy .In the next period of writing Das Kapital，Marx established labor ontological perspective.Thirdly，the paper explores ontological thoughts of Western Marxism of 20th century.Diversification in ontological thoughts may contribute to the understanding of Marx's ontological thought to a variable extent，despite the existence of misunderstanding and distortion，including Lukacs' social existence ontology，Gramsci's practical philosophy and Stare's anthropological ontology.Their philosophical thinking provides a new view for the study on Marx's labor ontological thought.Fourthly，the paper elaborates Marx's labor ontological thought and its essential characteristics that he eventually established.Three aspects of theory supporting can be found：the reason why“labor ontological”thought becomes Marx's ultimate destination，the unparalleled essential characteristics of Marx's labor ontological thought，the connection and differences between other current ontological thoughts and labor ontological thought.Fifthly，the paper explores the contemporary value of Marx's labor ontological thought.The paper explores the practical enlightenment that Marx's labor ontological thought gives China，the relationship between further deepening our studies of Marxist philosophy and Marx's labor ontological thought，the relationship between ideological and political education and Marx's labor ontological thought.All of the above is for the realization of“regarding Marx's labor ontological thought as guide，reshaping social labor beliefs”.
