1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This specification is developed to prevent personal injury and fire and explosion accidents to ensure safety in petrochemical enterprises.

1.0.2　This specification is applicable to the design of detection and alarm of combustible gases and toxic gases in grass-root，expansion and revamping projects of petrochemical enterprises.

1.0.3　In addition to this specification，the design of detection and alarm system of combustible gases and toxic gases for petrochemical enterprises shall also comply with relevant current national specifications and standards.
