6.3　Installation of Machine Frame

6.3.1　The machine frame shall be installed after the grouting material of base reaches the design strength.

6.3.2　It is suitable to adopt the whole machine hoisting form to hoist the machine frame into its own place.

6.3.3　The base board of column of machine frame shall come into close contact with the base，and when using the 0.05 mm feeler gauge to examine，the feeler gauge cannot insert into its 75% on all sides.

6.3.4　It is necessary to examine the verticality of column of machine frame at the upper，middle and lower positions.

6.3.5　After the machine frame is hoisted into its own place，it is necessary to examine the contact surface between the slide plate of guide rail and the window of machine frame，and the contact area shall be more than 75%.
