5　Equipment of Pipe Billet Preparation Section

5.1　Installation of Short/Long Band Sawing Machine

5.1.1　Before adjustment，it is necessary to clean the anti-corrosive grease on the surface of guide rail.

5.1.2　When installing the band saw machine，it is suitable to firstly install the body of band saw machine and then install the feeding（receiving）stand.

5.1.3　When adjusting the elevation，the surface of guide rail of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.1.4　When adjusting the longitudinal and lateral centers，the central line of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.

5.1.5　When adjusting the levelness，the surface of guide rail of machine body shall be taken as the datum point.
