1　Scope

This Specification defines the service requirements for commonly used lifting machinery，rigging hardware and lifting gear and the operation requirements for workpiece loading/unloading，in-plant transportation and workpiece lifting in petrochemical projects.

This Specification is applicable to lifting for grassroots，revamp，expansion，maintenance and demolition projects in petrochemical industry.
