3.30　Touch Potential Difference

A potential difference between a point on the earth surface 0.8 m apart from equipment horizontally and another point at this distance on the housing，structure or wall of 1.8 m apart from the earth vertically when the grounding short-circuit（fault）current flows through earth-termination system resulting in potential distribution over the earth surface.
