Foreword

This code is jointly developed by China Southern Power Grid Co.，Ltd.，State Grid Corporation of China and other organizations as required by the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Preparation and Revision Plan of Standards for Engineering Construction（second batch）for 2007（JB〔2007〕126）issued by the former Ministry of Construction.

Summarizing the experience and research achievements in China's urban distribution network over the past years and through wide consultation，this code is finalized after a series of discussions，revisions，and reviews.

This code consists of 11 chapters and 5 appendices.The 11 chapters are General，Terms，Urban Distribution Network Plan，Power Source of Urban Distribution Network，Urban Distribution Network，HV Distribution Network，MV Distribution Network，LV Distribution Network，Secondary Part of Distribution Network，Power Supply for Users，as well as Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection.

Provisions marked in bold in this code are compulsory and must be implemented strictly.
