Foreword

This standard is prepared according to the Notice of the General Office of National Development and Reform Commission on Printing and Distributing the Plan for Development of Industry Standards in 2005（FGBGY〔2005〕No.739）.

This standard specifies working interfaces for DC converter station to connect to the primary/secondary system，design content and profundity for the purpose of coordinated development of DC transmission and AC transmission，safe and stable operation of power system and reliable power transmission.

This standard is proposed by the China Electricity Council.

This standard is administered and interpreted by the Technical Committee on Power Planning and Design Standardization of Electric Power Industry.
