壹：遗产春秋

Section one: History

1945年11月，兵工二厂（前身是黄崖洞兵工厂）从平顺西安村搬迁到山西省长治市南石槽村，是华北最大的兵工厂，主要产品是82迫击炮弹。

In November 1945，the Second Munitions Factory （formerly Huangyadong Munitions Factory），then the largest munitions factory in North China，was moved from Xi'an Village，Pingshun county to Nanshicao Village，Changzhi City，Shanxi Province.82 mortar shells were its main productions.

1947年， “刘邓大军”千里挺进大别山，拉开了解放战争的序幕。为有力支援前线，晋冀鲁豫军区军工处以毛泽东同志提出的工业生产要 “数量多、质量好、成本低、原料足、销路广”的生产方针为内容，在所属19个兵工厂中开展 “刘伯承工厂”立功竞赛运动。兵工二厂取得了产量高、质量好、技术改革成果大等突出成绩，被晋冀鲁豫军区军工处授予 “刘伯承工厂”荣誉称号，并形成了 “一切为了前线”的刘伯承工厂精神。现在，刘伯承工厂厂部、生产工房等建筑基本保存完好。

In 1947，Liu Deng's army marched thousands of miles into the Dabie Mountains，opening the prelude of the war of liberation.In order to provide strong support to the front line，the military industry division of the Shanxi Hebei Shandong Henan military region carried out a meritorious competition for “Liu Bocheng Factory” among its 19 subordinate muni tions factories，which was based on comrade Mao Zedong's production policy of “large quantity，good quality，low cost，sufficient raw materials and wide market”.The Second Munitions Factory，achieved outstanding achievements such as high output，good quality and great achievements in technical reform，and was awarded the honorary title of “Liu Bocheng Factory” by the military industry division and formed the factory spirit of “all for the front”.Now，Liu Bocheng Factory headquarters，production workshops and other buildings are basically well preserved.

刘伯承工厂是全国唯一以共和国元帅名字命名的兵工厂，是人民兵工的优秀典范和杰出代表。 “一切为了前线”的刘伯承工厂精神，是人民兵工精神的传承和弘扬，是人民兵工的宝贵精神财富。

Liu Bocheng Factory is the only munitions factory named after the Marshal of the People's Republic of China，and is an excellent example of the people's armory.The factory spirit of “all for the front” is the inheritance and promotion of the people's armed forces spirit，and is the precious spiritual wealth of the people's armed forces.

Section two: Core items

厂部，火工部工房，机工部工房，窑洞（双孔），总装部工房，火工库残墙，水塔，烟囱，朱德、彭德怀签发的任命书，生产计划等历史档案。

The factory buildings，the fire warehouse workshop，the machinery department workshop，the cave （double hole），the general assembly department workshop，　fire warehouse remnant wall，water tower，chimney，appointment letter issued by Zhu De and Peng Dehuai，production plan and other historical archives.

叁：遗产活化

Section three: Revitalization

近年来，山西省长治市潞州区区委、区政府规划着手修复 “刘伯承工厂”旧址，将其打造成集军工历史、革命传统教育、红色旅游观光、党的廉政教育于一体的红色文化品牌，形成独具特色的军工历史文化纪念馆。

In recent years，Changzhi Luzhou District Committee and Government of Shanxi Province have planned to restore the former site of “Liu Bocheng Factory” to build it into a red cultural brand integrating military industry history，revolutionary traditional education，red tourism and anti-corruption education of the CPC，and form a unique military history and culture Memorial Hall.
