4.4 Information Facility System

4.4.1 The function of information facility system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall be provided with such functions as accepting,exchanging,transmitting,processing,storing,retrieving and displaying the relevant information in the form of voice,data,image,multi-media,etc.inside and outside the building;

2 Should integrate various information facilities required for information and provide the user and administrator of building with basic conditions of information application.

4.4.2 The information facility system should cover information access system,wiring system,indoor signal coverage system of mobile communication,satellite communication system,telephone switching system,wireless intercom system,information network system,cable TV and satellite TV receiving system,public broadcasting system,conference system,information guidance and release system,clock system,etc.

4.4.3 Information access system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall meet the demands of various users in building for information communication and shall introduce various public information networks and special information networks into building;

2 Shall support the information communication business required for various users in building;

3 Should establish physical unit carrier based on this building and shall be provided with technical conditions for butting smart city;

4 Information access machine room shall be subject to overall planning and configuration and shall be provided with conditions for equal access of various information business operators;

5 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current professional standard Design Specification for Equipment Installation of Cable Access Network YD/T 5139.

4.4.4 Wiring system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall meet the demand for information transmission such as voice,data,image,multi-media,etc.in building;

2 Shall carry out system layout,equipment configuration and cable design according to the business nature,use function,management and maintenance,environmental security condition and use demand,etc.of building;

3 Shall follow the principle of intensive construction and shall be subject to unified planning,give consideration to difference and be convenient for routing and maintenance;

4 Shall adapt to the digital technology development and network integration trend of intelligent system and shall become the channel for integrating information transfer of each intelligent system in building;

5 Shall select the information cable meeting the corresponding security grade according to the cable laying mode and the requirements of security and confidentiality;

6 Shall select flame-retardant cable with corresponding fire resistance rating according to the cable laying mode and fire protection requirements;

7 Shall be configured with corresponding technical safeguard measures of information security management;

8 Shall be provided with flexibility,adaptability,expandability and manageability;

9 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for Engineering Design of Generic Cabling System GB 50311.

4.4.5 Indoor signal coverage system of mobile communication shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall ensure the communication connection of building interior and outside;

2 Shall adapt to the comprehensive development of mobile communication service;

3 The indoor local area where mobile communication signal needs to be shielded shall be configured with indoor shielding system;

4 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Controlling Limits for Electromagnetic Environment GB 8702.

4.4.6 Satellite communication system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall be configured according to the business demand of building;

2 Shall meet the transmission requirements for information such as voice,data,image,multimedia,etc.;

3 Satellite communication system antenna,outdoor unit equipment installation space and antenna foundation,pipeline introduced for outdoor feeder,satellite communication machine room,etc.shall be arranged at positions meeting satellite communication requirements.

4.4.7 Telephone switching system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall adapt to the business nature,use function and security condition of building and shall meet the communication demand of voice,fax,data,etc.in building;

2 System capacity,quantity of access relay line and relay mode,etc.shall be determined according to the use demand and telephone traffic,and shall have some margin;

3 Shall be provided with function of expanding telephone switching system and other valueadded application relevant to business in building;

4 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Code for Design of Private Telephone Switch System Engineering GB/T 50622.

4.4.8 Wireless intercom system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall meet the demand for intercommunication of management personnel in building;

2 Shall set the antenna position,select antenna form and determine the antenna output power according to the environmental conditions of building;

3 Indoor antenna feeder and passive device of system shall be configured by utilizing the signal from base station;

4 Signal coverage shall be distributed uniformly;

5 Shall be provided with remote control and centralized management function as well as the management ability of system voice and data;

6 Voice call shall support functions such as individual call,group call,general call,emergency call,etc.;

7 Should be provided with functions supporting sending and receiving of text information,GPS positioning,telemetering,interphone inspection,remote monitoring,call prompt,activation,etc.;

8 Shall be provided with advancement,openness,expandability and manageability.

4.4.9 Information network system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Architecture planning of system networking shall be carried out according to the operation mode,business nature,application function,environmental security condition and use demand of building;

2 Shall establish complete public and specialized information communication links of various users to support end-to-end transmission of various intelligent information in building and shall become the channel for full transmission of various information communications in building;

3 Shall ensure the high-speed,stable and secure transmission and exchange of information in building;

4 Shall adapt to the digital technology development and network transmission trend;the information transmission of intelligent system shall be processed according to the requirements of function discrimination of information category,analysis of load capacity borne by information,optimization of application architecture form,etc.and shall meet the uniformity requirements of intelligent information network of building;

5 The topology architecture of network shall meet the requirements of constitution condition of use function,business demand and information transmission of building;

6 Routing equipment shall be configured according to the information access type and subnet division of network,etc.;server,network switching equipment,information communication link,information port and information network system,etc.shall be configured according to the requirements of user business characteristics,operation information flow and service quality as well as the topology architecture form of network,etc.;

7 The corresponding information security support equipment and network management system shall be configured;where the information network system in building is interconnected with the relevant information network outside the building,security measures like firewall shall be arranged to effectively resist interference and intrusion;

8 Specialized,modularized and structured system architecture form should be adopted;

9 Shall be provided with flexibility,expandability and manageability.

4.4.10 Cable TV and satellite TV receiving system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall provide subscribers with a broad variety of TV program sources;

2 Receiving and transmission system of satellite broadcasting TV shall be configured according to the needs of use function of building;

3 Receiving antenna of satellite broadcasting TV system,outdoor unit equipment installation space and antenna foundation,pipeline introduced for outdoor feeder,etc.shall be arranged at positions meeting receiving requirements;

4 Other corresponding value-added application function should be extended;

5 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standardTechnical Code for Regulation of CATV System GB 50200.

4.4.11 Public broadcasting system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall cover business broadcast,background broadcast and emergency broadcast;

2 Business broadcast shall set sound source signal based on business area,control call and set broadcasting program by area according to the needs of work business and property management of building.The information which should be broadcasted by business broadcast includes notice,news,information,voice file,paging and time telling,etc.;

3 Background broadcast shall transmit sound source signal exaggerating environmental atmosphere to functional areas in building.The information which should be broadcasted by background broadcast includes background music and background sound,etc.;

4 Emergency broadcast shall meet the requirements of emergency management.The information which shall be broadcasted by emergency broadcast is the special emergency broadcast signaling based on the corresponding division of security area.Emergency broadcast shall take precedence over business broadcast and background broadcast;

5 Shall adapt to the application development of digital processing technology and network broadcast control mode;

6 Should be configured with standard time correction function;

7 The effect of sound field shall meet the requirements of use and acoustic index;

8 The corresponding intelligent application function of public broadcasting system should be extended;

9 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standard Technical Code for Public Address System Engineering GB 50526.

4.4.12 Conference system shall meet the following requirements:

1 The conference places shall be classified according to the demand for use and management,and the corresponding function shall be configured respectively according to conference(lecture)hall,multifunctional meeting room and ordinary conference room,etc.The functions of conference system should include audio frequency reinforcement,image information display,multi-media signal processing,conference discussion,recording and broadcasting of conference information,centralized control of conference facilities,conference information release,etc.;

2 The conference(lecture)hall should be configured with stage machine,scene control and other relevant matching function,etc.according to the use function;

3 The conference place with demand of remote video information interaction function shall be configured with video conference system terminal(containing built-in multipoint control unit);

4 Where centralized control of broadcast information and integrated operation of interaction function are required for the system,intensive control mode of conference equipment should be adopted for carrying out information interactive management on the equipment operation conditions;

5 Shall adapt to the development of multimedia technology and shall adopt the projection and display technology meeting the video image resolution requirements and the sound propagation and display technology meeting the effect requirements of audio frequency and sound field;

6 Information integration management working modes such as network interconnection,multimedia field-effect interaction and integrated control of equipment,etc.should be adopted,and the digital system technology and equipment should also be adopted;

7 The corresponding intelligent application function of conference system should be extended;

8 System design shall meet the relevant requirements of the current national standards Code for Design of the Electrical Conference Systems GB 50799,Code for Sound Reinforcement System Design of Auditorium GB 50371,Code for Technical of Video Display System Engineering GB 50464 and Code for Design of Hall System Engineering of Videoconference GB 50635.

4.4.13 Information guidance and release system shall meet the following requirements:

1 Shall be provided with data resource library for access,collection,classification and summary of public business information and provide the public with multimedia information release function such as information notification,mark guidance,information inquiry,etc.in the public area of building;

2 Should be composed of information broadcasting center,transmission network,information release display screen or information signboard,information guidance facility or inquiry terminal,etc.and shall carry out configuration and combination of equipment according to the needs of application;

3 The information release display screen or information guidance mark screen,information inquiry terminal,etc.shall be arranged according to the management demand of building,and the technical specifications,geometric shape,installation mode,etc.of information display screen and information inquiry terminal shall be selected according to the space environmental conditions of public area;

4 The broadcasting center should be arranged with dedicated server and controller and should be configured with signal acquisition and production equipment and the matching application software;it shall support multi-channel display,multi-picture display and multi-list play,support image,video and file display in several formats,and support simultaneous control of multiple display terminal equipment.

4.4.14 Clock system shall comply with the following functions:

1 The clock system shall be configured according to the demand of use function of building;

2 Shall be provided with high-precision standard time correction function and the function of synchronous correction with local standard time clock;

3 The networking mode of master clock and slave clock should be adopted for the clock system used for unifying the time of the public environment of building,and the master clock of system shall be provided with interface selection for multiform system time synchronization;

4 Shall be provided with management function such as fault warning,etc.
