3.3　Architecture Planning

3.3.1　The architecture planning of intelligent system engineering shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall meet the demand of information application of building；

2　Shall support the information association and function aggregation of each intelligent system；

3　Shall comply with the sustainable development of engineering technology of intelligent system；

4　Shall adapt to the continuous improvement of integrated technical efficiency of intelligent system；

5　The intelligent system engineering of complex building shall adapt to the physical state of multifunctional building and meet the demand of information application of overall business operation and management mode of complex building.

3.3.2　The construction of facility architecture of intelligent system engineering shall meet the following requirements：

1　Shall construct the infrastructure layer of building information application；

2　Shall construct the information service facility layer with comprehensive support function meeting operation and management application，etc.；

3　Shall form information application facility layer showing information application and synergistic effect.

3.3.3　The subitems of architecture planning of intelligent system engineering shall meet the following requirements：

1　The subitems of architecture planning shall be carried out in accordance with the overall hierarchical structure form of engineering architecture based on infrastructure，information service facility and information application facility respectively；

2　Infrastructure shall be public environmental facilities and machine room facilities，and its subitems should include information communication infrastructure，building equipment management facilities，public security facilities，machine room environment facilities and machine room management facilities，etc.；

3　Information service facility shall be the information application support facility of application information service facility，and its subitems should include voice application support facilities，data application support facilities，multimedia application support facilities，etc.；

4　Information application facility shall be the application facility of application information service facility，and its subitems should include public application facilities，management application facilities，business application facilities，intelligent information integration facilities，etc.
