Installing qooxdoo tools

qooxdoo provides a lot of tools to perform many activities such as creating an application, building the code, optimizing the code, generating documentation, and so on. All these tools are written in Python. So, the Python environment is required to run these tools. You don't have to know programming in Python to develop an application in qooxdoo.
