Getting Untangle

Untangle NGFW can be downloaded in two different formats: ISO and IMG. The ISO format can be used to create CDs or directly with virtualization platforms, while the IMG format is used to create bootable USB drives. To get your copy of Untangle NGFW, browse to download, whether it's ISO or IMG and whether it's 32- or 64-bit, as shown in the following screenshot:

After selecting the desired version, click on the START DOWNLOAD button to start downloading your Untangle copy.

Tip

Use the 64-bit version of the Untangle server when you are going to use 4 GB or more of RAM on your PC as this will utilize all available memory and provide performance enhancements.
