Creating a new site

Site creation is a new menu item in the management section of the Cacti web interface. Sites do not have sub-items, so you will not be able to create a site and have different districts belong to it. For now, sites do not provide a lot of additional functionality to the core Cacti but can be used by other plugins like Manage to group alerts by this site item.
