Resource pooling

In clustered computing, multiple computers are connected to each other to act as a single computer. It is not just that their data storage capacity is shared; CPU and memory pooling can also be utilized in inpidual computers to process different tasks independently and then merge outputs to produce a result. To execute large datasets, this setup provides more efficient processing power.
