Next steps

We like to end a meeting with a quick rundown of the agreed timeline, followed by a short recap of the next steps. After a kick-off session, the typical next step is to send out the study framework for approval. The UX researcher should use this opportunity to identify who the main contacts for the study will be, and thus, who will receive the deliverables of the study.
