Respect

This is probably one of the most important features in the report: being respectful to the program vendors and owners. I have seen in the past, several reports by researchers, that despite being good reports, were disrespectful in correspondence and this resulted in issues among the program owners and the researchers. Showing respect in your reports gives a positive vibe to your program owners and they know that you are not deceiving them.
