Contact Sharing
First, you will have the option to enable or disable contact sharing. When enabled, the contacts list will be shared automatically across your team so everyone can create, access, and update the team's sharing.
Here, you can also choose how much information will be shared in the Global directory. To make all information shared, choose Show all email addresses to make all emails, both personal and business available for everyone. With Show both domain profiles and domain shared contacts; domain profiles refers to the team members' contact information, and shared contacts refers to information about people who are not part of the team:
Click Save to apply changes. Keep in mind that this may take up to 24 hours to take effect for the entire team.
