To the memory of my mother, Wendy Foulkes, an expert computer trainer from whom
I had the privilege of learning and working. Her passion for end user training was infectious and instilled in me life-long skills of patience, dedication, determination, and confidence. If her life were not taken away so early, we would be coauthoring many books together, but I know that she is proud looking down from above.
