Foreword

According to the requirements of Document Jian Biao［2008］No.105 issued by MOHURD-“Notice on Printing the Development and Revision Plan（Second Batches）of National Engineering Construction Standards in 2008”，GB/T 50964-2014 Technical Specification for Operation and Maintenance of Small Hydropower Stations is formulated.

This specification comprises 6 chapters with the mainly contents as follows:general provisions，basic stipulations，hydraulic structures，metal structures，electro-mechanical equipment，and optimized operation.

MOHURD is responsible for the administration of this specification，and MWR for daily administration.Specific technical contents in this specification are interpreted by Bureau of Rural Hydropower and Electrification Development of MWR.If there is any advice or suggestion in application of this specification，please mail to Bureau of Rural Hydropower and Electrification Development of MWR（No.2，Lane 2，Baiguang Road，Xicheng District，Beijing 100053）.
