5.2 Loading,Unloading and Transportation of Anticorrosion Pipe
5.2.1 Loading and unloading of steel pipe(abbreviated as anticorrosion pipe)after anticorrosion treatment shall be adopted with dedicated lifting tool.During the process of lifting,the included angle between anticorrosion pipe and lifting rope shall not be less than 30°.Contacting face and pipe internal wall shall be the same radian and pipe opening shall not be damaged.
5.2.2 Transportation of anticorrosion pipe shall be adopted with dedicated pipe trailer and shall be in compliance with the relevant traffic control regulations of the nation.A baffle shall be set between trailer and driver room.
5.2.3 Prior to loading,the material and specifications of anticorrosion pipe shall be verified.The anticorrosion pipe with the same material and specifications should be loaded for one vehicle.
5.2.4 During transportation,the anticorrosion pipe shall be bound firmly and the protection measures such as rubber ring packing or other isolation ring etc.shall be adopted.The position of binding tool contacting steel pipe shall be padded with soft material.Pipe trailer bottom shall be adopted with rubber plate or other flexible material as soft cushion course.Transportation of elbows and bendings shall be adopted with effective fixing measures.
5.2.5 The anticorrosion pipe transported to site shall be jointly inspected by pipe transport personnel and construction site acceptance personnel.The inspection record shall be filled.Relevant inspection and transport sheets shall be handed over.
5.2.6 During traveling,lifting,loading and unloading,the safety distance between any position of all the construction tools & equipments overhead power line shall be in compliance with the provisions of table 5.2.6.
