8.3　Installation of Guide Pipes for Coke Guide and Coal Charging Dedusting

8.3.1　Connector for fixing the dedusting guide pipe and the coke guide and the dedusting device of the coal charging car shall be adjusted in the thermal state to be fixed.

8.3.2　The elevation，longitudinal and lateral center lines，perpendicularity and overall size of each connection flange of concentrated dedusting fixing pipe shall meet the requirements of design documents.

8.3.3　Anti-explosion valve shall have no jamming.

8.3.4　Pipeline flange shall be fastened，seal shall have no damage，and supports and hangers shall be firm and reliable.

8.3.5　The allowable deviation of distance between the flange end face of each fixed connector of the dedusting guide pipe and center lines of rails of coke guide and coal charging car shall be±20.0mm.

8.3.6　The allowable deviation of the center of each fixed connector of the dedusting guide pipe and the center line of each coking chamber shall be 40.0mm.
