5.2　Installation of Walking Structure

5.2.1　The walking structure shall be installed after the acceptance of datum rail.

5.2.2　The installation of datum rail shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Adjust space between centers of two steel rails and the center line of rail，with allowable deviation of±4.0mm；

2　Adjust the elevation of rail top surface，with allowable deviation of±1.0mm.

5.2.3　During the assembly of bogie frame，temporary support for overturning shall be arranged.

5.2.4　The installation of traveling wheel shall be in compliance with the following requirements（Figure 5.2.4）:

1　Points fall on the central lines of two steel rails through the design sizes of the center distance of end wheels of two rows of traveling wheels to form a rectangle，and difference between diagonal lines of the rectangle shall not be larger than 4.0mm；

2　The lateral deviation of wheels is adjusted，wheels are detected at points of X1 to X4 and Y1 to Y4，allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of wheel diameter，and the wheel deviation directions of wheels on the same axis shall be opposite；

3　The homotopic difference of wheels at the same end is adjusted，wheels are detected at points of X5，X6，Y5and Y6，and allowable deviation shall be 2.0mm；

4　The perpendicularity of end face is adjusted，allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of wheel diameter，and upper wheel flange shall incline outwards.

5.2.5　The installation of travelling balancer shall be in compliance with the following requirements:

1　Longitudinal and lateral intervals are adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±2.0mm；

2　Difference of diagonal lines of upper surface is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 2.0mm；

3　The levelness of upper surface in longitudinal and lateral directions is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be 1/1000 of side length；

4　The elevation of upper surface is adjusted，and allowable deviation shall be±1.0mm.
