1　General Provisions

1.0.1　This code is formulated with the view of guaranteeing the installation quality of power transformers，oil-immersed type reactors and instrument transformers，promoting the technical advance and ensuring safe operation of the equipment.

1.0.2　This code is applicable to construction and acceptance for power transformer（hereafter referred to as transformer），oil-immersed type reactor（hereinafter referred to as reactor），voltage and current transformer（hereinafter referred to as instrument transformer）；the installation of arc suppression coils may comply with the relevant requirements of this code for reference.

1.0.3　The installation of transformer，reactor and instrument transformer with special purpose shall meet relevant requirements of the product technical documentation.

1.0.4　This code specifies the basic requirements in the construction and acceptance for power transformer，oil-immersed type reactor and instrument transformer in electrical equipment installation engineering.When this code is in contradiction with the requirements of national law or administrative regulation，the implementation shall be in accordance with the latter.

1.0.5　Besides the provisions of this code，the construction and acceptance of transformer，reactor and instrument transformer shall comply with the provisions of the related current national standards.
