6　Gin Pole

6.1　General Requirements

6.1.1　The following technical documents shall be available for steel gin poles:

a）Material quality certificates；

b）Fabrication drawings and design calculations；

c）Installation and operation manuals.

6.1.2　Steel gin poles shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer′s instruction for use.

6.1.3　Steel gin poles with individual lifting capacity of 100t and above shall be provided with load test reports.
