6.2　Detailed Rules for Project Managements

6.2.1　Detailed rules for project managements shall be compiled by specialty project management engineers after the approval of chief project management engineers.

6.2.2　Detailed rules for project managements shall be compiled prior to commencement of the construction project taking account of operability，construction schedules and characteristics of power construction projects.

6.2.3　Basis of detailed rules for project managements compilation:

1　Approved project management planning.

2　Standards，specifications，design documents and technical data related to construction project.

3　Approved construction schemes and plans.

6.2.4　Detailed rules for project managements shall include the following contents:

1　Characteristics，difficulties and weakness of project management.

2　Priorities of project management.

3　Control points and targets of project management.

4　Workflow of project management.

5　Methods and measures for project management.

6.2.5　During the implementation of project management，detailed rules for project managements shall be supplemented，revised and improved in accordance with practical conditions and put into application with approval of chief project management engineers.
