6.4　Probe Mounting Machine and Pulling Machine for Sublance

6.4.1　In case of checking the equipment，it shall be dismantled，cleaned and reassembled in any of the following cases:

1　The equipment has been applied with the anti-rust agent.

2　The applied lubricating grease is expired or degenerative or with dirt.

3　Cannot turn flexibly and be with jamming.

6.4.2　Prior to disassembly，the equipment should be marked and cleaned.It shall be assembled according to related requirements of the design technical document or the current national standard General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering GB 50231.

6.4.3　During installation，the longitudinal and horizontal center lines shall be adjusted，and the measurement by plumb wire should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 1.0mm.The elevation shall be adjusted，and the measurement by optical instrument should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of±1.0mm.The levelness shall be adjusted，and the measurement by leveler should be carried out，with the allowable deviation of 0.10/1000.
