4.2　Equipment Foundation

Ⅰ　Major Items

4.2.1　Strength of equipment foundation shall meet the requirements of design technical documents.

4.2.2　Layout of central scale plate and elevation datum points shall be drawn according to construction drawings and surveying control network before equipment placement.Central scale plate and elevation datum points shall be set according to the layout with measurement and placement.Major equipments and consecutive production lines shall embed permanent central scale plates and elevation datum points.

Ⅱ　General Items

4.2.3　The locations of foundation axis，elevation，size and locations of anchor bolts of equipment foundations shall meet the requirements of design technical documents and current national standard GB 50231 General Code for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering.

4.2.4　Greasy dirt，crushed stones，soil，water，etc.on the surface of equipment foundations and in preformed holes of anchor bolts shall all be cleaned.Pre-buried anchor bolts and nuts shall be in complete protection.
