作者简介

李秋实,别名润芳,字笑予,号云海居士。

1939年农历正月初五,出生于黑龙江省青岗县。祖籍河北昌黎李家庄。

1956年升入青岗第一中学高中读书,开始集邮。

1963年毕业于哈尔滨师范学院中文系,从事教育工作三十六载,系中国共产党党员。

1987年获全国首届中教高级教师职称,历任中学语文教师、教导主任、校长。

1989年《中国普通邮票(1950—1954)》邮集在黑龙江省建国四十周年集邮展览上获一等奖;同年10月在北京·中华全国集邮展览上获银奖。

1990年任黑龙江省肇东市集邮协会副会长、肇东市青少年集邮协会会长、黑龙江省集邮协会理事兼学术委员会委员。

1992年在庆祝中华全国集邮联合会成立十周年暨表彰大会上,荣获全国集邮先进个人称号。

1993年移居山东,任淄博市集邮协会学术委员会委员。

1997年《中国普通邮票(1950—1954)》邮集在重庆·中华全国集邮展览上获大镀金奖。

2001年乔迁青岛;《中国普通邮票(1950—1954)》邮集在香港·第十五届亚洲国际邮票展览上获镀金奖。

2002年在庆祝中华全国集邮联合会成立二十周年暨表彰大会上,再度荣获全国集邮先进个人称号;《中国普通邮票图鉴(1950—2013)》一书开始连载于《中国集邮报》。

2003年任山东省集邮协会学术委员会委员、青岛市集邮协会理事、学术委员会委员。

2005年被山东省集邮协会聘为省级邮展评审员,同年又被中华全国集邮联合会聘为全国邮展传统集邮指导小组成员。

2010年《中国普通邮票(1950—1954)》邮集在杭州·中华全国集邮展览上获金奖加特别奖。

2011年在中华全国集邮联合会第六届五次理事会上获终身荣誉——当选为中华全国集邮联合会会士。

2014年《中国普通邮票(1955—1975)》新币值邮集在长沙·中华全国集邮展览上获大镀金奖加特别奖。《中国普通邮票(1950—1954)》旧币值邮集在吉隆坡·马来西亚第29届亚洲国际邮展上获镀金奖。

2016年《中国普通邮票图鉴(1950—2013)》一书由人民邮电出版社出版发行。

A Resume of Li Qiushi

With Runfang as his used name,he styles himself Xiaotian,while his literary name is the Hermit of Cloud Abode.

1939 He was born on Jan.5 of the Lunar calendar at Qinggang County of Heilongjiang Province.His ancestral homeland was Lijiazhuang village of Changli,Hebei Province.

1956 He entered the senior middle school and began his philatelic career.

1963 He graduated from the Chinese Faculty of Harbin Normal Institute,and then devoted himself to educational work for 36 years.As a member of the Communist Party of China,he held successively the posts of teacher of the Chinese,dean,and principal of the middle school.

1987 He won the title of the national high-grade teachers of middle schools among the first group.

1989 His collection titled The Chinese Definitives(1950-1954)won him the first grade award at Heilongjiang Stamp Show Marking the 40th Anniversary of Establishment of the PRC and got him a silver medal at China National Philatelic Exhibition of Beijing in October.

1990 He held posts of the vice president of Zhaodong Philatelic Society,president of Zhaodong Youth Philatelic Society,and a member of the council and academic committee of Heilongjiang Philatelic Association.

1992 He won the title of Advanced National Philatelic Worker at the commending meeting marking the 10th anniversary of establishment of the ACPC.

1993 He moved to Shandong and became a member of the academic committee of Zhibo Philatelic Society.

1997 His collection titled China Definitives(1950-1954)won him a grand vermeil medal at China National Philatelic Exhibition of Chongqing.

2001 He moved to Qingdao,and the collection of China Definitives(1950-1954)won a vermeil medal at the 15th Asian International Philatelic Exhibition of Hong Kong.

2002 He won again the title of Advanced National Philatelic Worker at the commending meeting marking the 20th anniversary of establishment of the ACPF.His works titled An Illustrated Catalogue of China Definitives(1950-2013)was serialized on China Philatelic News.

2003 He became a member of the academic committee of Shandong Philatelic Association,and a member of the council and academic committee of Qingdao Philatelic Society.

2005 He was appointed as a judge for provincial philatelic shows by Shandong Philatelic Association and a member of the guiding group for traditional philately of the national philatelic exhibitions by the ACPF.

2010 The collection of China Definitives(1950-1954)won a gold medal with special prize at China National Philatelic Exhibition of Hangzhou.

2011 He was selected as the ACPF fellow—a life honor at the 5th session of 6th council of the ACPF.

2014 His collection of China Definitives with Denominations in New Renminbi(1955-1975)won him a grand vermeil medal with special prize at China National Philatelic Exhibition of Changsha,and his another collection of China Definitives with Denominations in Old Renminbi(1950-1954)won him a vermeil medal at the 29th Asian International Philatelic Exhibition of Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia.

2016 His works titled An Illustrated Catalogue of China Definitives(1950-2013)was published officially by the People’s Posts and Telecommunications Publishing House.
