The ISO committee TC 232 has achieved a great success with the ISO 29990. Systematic qualitymanagement has found its way into education and training-now also in Hongkong and China.

For Hongkong and Chinawith its unique geographical advantage in globalization, in the process of global political and economic development, the importance is self-evident. Hong Kong Qualitech Consultancy Ltd started studying ISO 29990standards in 2013 and organized trainings of Chinese and Hongkong auditors in Germany in 2014.QualiTech got authorization of the Chinese copyright for Guidelines for the Implementation of ISO 29990 from German DIN in June 2015, and then developed the application of this standard in Hong Kong Qualitech Consultancy company as well as promoted to the Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic and Guangdong Road to Maker Education & Technology Company.

At the same time, QualiTech is committed to research on the application of the ISO 29990standard in the field of traditional Chinesemedicine diagnosis and treatment.

I thank for the Chinese education department and health community, especially the Chinese Society of Vocational and Technical Education Institute, Hong Kong Qualitech Consultancy Ltd, the Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic, Guangdong Road to Maker Education & Technology Company, and Luipai TCM of Shenzhen Baoan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine's support for the promotion and application of ISO 29990 in China! Therefore, I have reason to look forward to the research and practice of standards in China's education, health and wider fields. Make an innovative contribution to the global economic and social development.
