022 二轴式变速器装配
1)同步器齿环与齿轮之间的间隙
测量时,用50N的力以三点均布方式将同步器齿环平压在齿轮上,然后用塞尺测量齿轮和同步器齿环之间的备量,正常值为0.8~1.6mm,如图2-23所示。

2)各齿轮之间的轴向间隙

3)输入轴的装配
(1)输入轴的装配顺序:3挡主动齿轮→3/4挡同步器齿环→齿毂及齿套→4挡主动齿轮→输入轴后球轴承,输入轴装配图如图2-25所示。

(2)在安装完3挡滚针轴承、3挡主动齿轮后(注意:轴向间隙为0.125~0.275mm),压装3/4挡同步器齿毂,压装时要对正花键,垂直压入,防止将齿毂压坏,如图2-28所示。

(3)安装挡圈、3/4挡滚针轴承隔垫、滚针轴承,并装好3/4挡同步器齿套,如图2-29所示。

(4)装上4挡主动齿轮,如图2-30所示(注意:轴向间隙为0.175~0.425mm),压入后球轴承、装复轴用挡圈,如图2-31所示。

(4)压装3挡从动齿轮,齿轮凸台朝上,如图2-38所示。以同样的方法安装4挡从动齿轮。注意隔套装在3/4挡之间。

5)离合器壳体的装配
(1)压装输入轴油封、输入轴圆柱滚子轴承和圆柱销,装入输出轴头导油嘴后再压入输出轴圆柱滚子轴承,然后安装导油板和螺栓,离合器壳体轴承装配如图2-41所示。

6)拨叉和拨叉轴及倒挡机构的装配
(1)拨叉和拨叉轴及倒挡机构如图2-43所示。

①注意拨叉轴、拨叉的方向性。
②装配长、短锁销时为防止锁销装配时掉落,要涂润滑脂。
③装配定位螺栓时首先涂锁固胶,并按要求力矩拧紧:13.7~22.4N·m。
④装配弹性圆柱销时要注意弹性销的开口方向;所有圆柱销和轴用挡圈均不可重复使用。
(2)倒挡惰轮的装配如图2-44所示。注意:螺钉要安装到位。

7)输入轴和输出轴后体部分的装配
(1)注意:在装配轴承止动环时,分别轻轻提起输入轴与输出轴,以方便止动环安装,如图2-46所示。有明显变形或松旷时需及时更换。
