About the Author
LeGette (“LeGs”) McIntyre is President of McIntyre, Inc., a Florida-based corporation specializing in all areas of federal acquisition support and training. He has 20 years’ experience as an Air Force leader and over 25 years’ experience in the federal acquisition process. He has extensive experience in contract negotiations, as well as in applying acquisition principles, business process analysis, strategic planning, corporate staffing and organizational analysis capture, and market research techniques to the OMB Circular A-76 competitive sourcing process. He is known as one of the premiere acquisition instructors throughout the government and is a nationally recognized speaker on A-76. He has a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel and an MBA from the University of Missouri. He currently resides in Niceville, Florida, where he pursues his passion for sailing.
