Lesson 30　主语+as if/as though+从句 好像……似的

句型“主语+as if/as though+从句”中的“as if”和“as though”同义，并且用法也相同。在比喻句型中多是虚拟的谓语动词，偶尔是陈述语气。翻译为“仿佛……似的”“好像……似的”。

●She cried as if she felt her mother missed her.

她大哭的时候好像能感觉到她的妈妈在思念她。

●The sparrows chatted on the branch outside the window as though they sang.

窗外的麻雀在树枝上叽叽喳喳叫着，好像在唱歌似的。

●Tom speaks Chinese as though he were a Chinese.

汤姆说起中文来就像中国人一样。

●He talked about the Great Wall as if he had been there before.

他说起长城来好像他以前去过那里。

●The baby is so smart and cute.

你花园的这些花开得这么漂亮，像欢迎我的到来似的。你太自恋了。

Tips

“as if”的用法有：

第一：用在“look/seem”等系动词后引导表语从句。例如：It seems as if it is going to snow.看上去要下雪了。

第二：引导状语从句。例如：He talks as if he were a grown-up.他说话就像个大人一样。

第三：在从句中的省略。例如：She left my room without any words as if angry.她离开我房间时没有说一句话，就像生气了一样。
