1.5 体育健康促进行为的改变

为了实现对各类行为的有效干预,例如体育健康促进行为、健康饮食行为等,2008年,Abraham及其同事基于合理行为/计划行为理论、社会认知理论、信息—动机—行为技能模型,以及控制理论、相关目标理论(e.g., Austin & Vancouver,1996; Gollwitzer,1999; Locke & Latham,2002)、操作条件作用、社会比较理论、与社会支持相关的健康行为、压力管理和行为改变的预防复发技术(e.g., Marlatt & Donovan,2005)等,总结提炼出了26个与体育健康促进相关的行为改变技术,对其定义进行了统一和说明并进行了检验(见表1-5)。

随后,2011年,Michie及其同事又对上述体育健康促进行为改变技术进行了精练和完善,在去除重复,重新聚类或分类之后,又有14种技术被加入进来,重新提出了一个具有40项体育健康促进行为改变技术的框架。
