第4章 Abstract

With the reform and development of social organization as the mainline and the "establishing a modern social organization system" proposed on the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the goal, this book explores how social organization in China goes from current old system to a new system in perspectives of microscopic system reform, institutional innovation and overall system construction. This book also respectively explores, from a specific practical level, the reform innovation of different social organizations in different fields under the theme of modern social governance, and answers what problems on earth have been worked out by the practical exploration of social organization, and on what road does it walk. This book aims to give a realistic picture of China's current social reform and development with social organization as mainline and exploration of modernization of social governance, and discusses, under a general framework of comprehensively deepening reform, the reform in social field and its goal-the modernization of social governance.This book is a presentation from the author with his long term accumulation of knowledge obtained from policybased research and theoretical and empirical study, and also a summary and conclusion of his indepth thinking and shortterm and intensive study relating to social reform and social governance issues for nearly a year.
