Abstract

With the closer and closer relationship of Mainland China and Taiwan, all kinds of economic cooperation and industry connections are developing in depth, which provides more opportunities to push on the communication and cooperation between Cross-Strait industry associations. The adjustments of Taiwan's policies of economic and trade depend on the positive function of various NPOs including industry associations in Taiwan. Today, it is significant to promote the communication and cooperation of Cross-Strait industry associations and drive Cross -Strait industry associations to play efficient roles in CrossStrait industry connections. There are two parts in the research: Comparison and Cooperation. There are 9 chapters in the book. The part of Chapter 2-5 includes comparisons of Cross-Strait industry associations from four aspects of development and administrative system, governance, capacity and management. The part of Chapter 6-8 contains the communication and cooperation of Cross-Strait industry associations based on the perspectives of symbiosis theory, cooperation in Cross-Strait talents, and national strategy of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. The four comparative contents selected cover macro-systems and micro - operations. Symbiosis theory and strategic synergy theory runs through the part of cooperation. The research has been pushed to a new high by the studying on the national strategy of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
