该案位于苏州工业园区金鸡湖大道旁，位置非常理想。此套样板房定位于美式古典风格。在室内环境中力求表现悠闲、舒畅的生活状态。运用了天然石材、仿古砖等石材来体现业主优雅的生活追求。

一层设有客厅、餐厅和厨房。中、西式厨房的巧妙结合，满足了主人对美食的热爱以及对生活品质的追求。客厅与餐厅中，纯色铁艺的材质体现出美式风格的粗犷与自然感。

二层是主人的私密空间。在美国人的价值观念中，卧室应该是最豪华的地方。本案中，进门是独立的书房，西边是主人的卧室、更衣间和卫生间。整个空间的线条流畅且功能统一。

三层是儿童房。男女小朋友都有自己的主题生活空间和独立的活动区域。

地下室部分主要设置了视听室、书房等多功能空间，体现出主人对生活品质的追求。

该案给人以原始而简洁、粗犷而随性的感觉，满足了人们返璞归真的心理需求。

 

This apartment is located besides Jinji Lake of Suzhou Industrial Park Avenue, which is quite ideal. This set of model room is designed in American classical style. The indoor environment is designed to be with relaxing and comfortable living conditions. The use of natural stone, antique tiles and other stones reflects the owners' pursuit of the elegant life.

There are living room, dining room and kitchen on the first floor of the villa. The unique combination of Western-style and Chinese-style kitchen meets the owner's love for food and the pursuit of quality of life. The solid iron material in the living room and dining room reflects the rough and natural quality of American style.

Second floor is the master's private space. In American values, the bedroom should be the most luxurious place. In this apartment, an independent study is designed right facing the door, and the master bedroom, dressing room and bathroom are to the west. The entire apartment is with smooth lines and unified features.

The kid's room is on the third floor. The boy and girl have their own separate theme living space and activity areas.

The auditorium, study and other multi-functional space are set in the basement, which reflects the owner's pursuit of quality life.

The design presents a primitive and simple, rugged and casual style, which meets people's psychological needs for coming back to nature.
