When people walk close to this sales office, the open entrance lane leads people inside to visit; the hue of the whole exterior is steady and the sales office presents before people with a humanistic style.

When entering, people can find that the eye-catchers in the whole space, the modern round reception bar, and gorgeous bubble chandelier with pearl necklaces welcome guests. Beside the entrance French window there is a comfortable discussion area with the open sense and privacy partitioned by the transparent glass. The designers also build an arc audio-visual space for guests to uninterruptedly enjoy the audio-visual guiding when sitting on the sofa. Behind the reception counter there is an exhibition area of architectural models, which also leads people's eyes through the rear landscaping water wall and actual building; it is the actual staircase hall space of the floor toward the corridor of the show flat. In the whole sales office space, the designers carefully create a elegant and quiet style through the earth tone and wood grill technique. Finally, people can walk along the southern pine plank road in the middle of the outdoor pool, wander in the comfortable and leisure chairs and enjoy the rare leisure in the city.

当我们走近这个售楼处，开阔的入口车道引导着我们入内探访，整体外观色调沉稳，以一种内敛的人文风格展现在我们面前。

一进门即可看到充满现代感的圆形接待吧台，它是整个空间的焦点，与华丽的珠链气泡吊灯一起迎接着宾客；入口落地窗旁以透光玻璃隔断的舒适的洽谈区，兼具开放感与私密性。设计师还打造了一区弧形视听空间，供宾客坐在沙发里，不受干扰地观赏影音导览。接待吧台后方为建筑模型展示区，并且引导视线穿过后方造景水幕墙及实际建筑，往样板房的廊道方向则是实际打造出的楼面梯厅空间。整体售楼处空间以大地色调及木格栅手法，精心打造出典雅沉静的风范。最后我们可以沿着户外水池中间的南方松木栈道，坐在舒适休闲椅上发呆，好好享受都市里难得的休闲。
