The Component, System Means and Type of Social Coordination Mechanism on Labor Relations
Abstract: The social coordination mechanism of labor relations is a complex system, which is mainly composed by the collective bargaining of labor force, the mediation of the pressure and voluntary organization, the pressure of the street movement and the social influence of the intellectual elite. The specific mechanism include the collective bargaining mechanism, the mechanism of the participation of workers, corporate social responsibility movement, social mediation mechanism and the coordination mechanism for the other social forces to participate.
To achieve their own purposes, it is mainly through the exercising of solidarity, participation in legislation and policy calls, negotiations, the organization of the strike or suspension, mediation, boycott and other system means. The social coordination mechanism of labor relations can be divided into many different types based on the capitalist mode, coordination body, coordination scope and coordination method and so on. The comprehensive study of the social coordination mechanism of labor relations has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the social self mediation of labor relations and the harmonious and stable development of labor relations.
