On the Legal System of Probation Period of Labor Contract in China
Abstract: The trial period which as a special stage of labor contracts, has a great significance to regulate labor relations in the rights and obligations of both parties. However, in the process of implementation of the contract labor，employers take advantage of flaws in the trial period system, the phenomenon of infringement of the lawful rights of workers is relatively common and complex. So, it's necessary to standardize labor contract probation legal system to protect workers' rights. First, this paper describes the concept and significance of the trial period. And then, the paper interpret the legal system of current trial period in our country, and analysis the existing problems. At last, the paper give advice to perfecting our country's legal system of labor contact trial period. This paper has a special point of view, and has a strong practical significance.
