On the Standard of Minimum Living Security and its Implementation
Abstract: The minimum living security standard is an important content of the minimum living security system. China's minimum living standards gradually improved through a relatively long process. “Interim Measures for social assistance”on the basis of succession to achieve the integration of urban and rural residents minimum living standards, but there are also more general, lack of op erational and other deficiencies. We should standardize and improve the minimum living security standards such as the formulation, calculation, dynamic adjustment, supervision and evaluation, capital investment and other mechanisms to speed up the construction of a fair and unified urban and rural residents minimum living standards, and promote the effective implementation of the minimum living security system.
