顺着切口斜切成薄片,刀倾斜角度越大则切面越长,切出的丝也越长。

2.将黄瓜滚动一下,再斜切下尖角部分。如此反复,滚动一次就切一次,切下的不规则块就叫滚刀块。

西蓝花不要从花朵顶部切,正确的方法是从根茎部开始切,每一小朵都有一个枝节,顺着枝节割下每一小朵花。如果觉得分割下的花朵太大,还是从根茎部再分割开即可。
