ComputerVision(CV)hasbecomeanimportantaspectofAItechnology.Fromdriverlesscarstomedicaldiagnosticsandmonitoringthehealthofcropstofrauddetectioninbanking,computervisionisusedacrossalldomainstoautomatetasks.TheComputerVisionWorkshopwillhelpyouunderstandhowcomputersmastertheartofprocessingdigitalimagesandvideostomimichumanactivities.StartingwithanintroductiontotheOpenCVlibrary,you’lllearnhowtowriteyourfirstscriptusingbasicimageprocessingoperations.You’llthengettogripswithessentialimageandvideoprocessingtechniquessuchashistograms,contours,andfaceprocessing.Asyouprogress,you’llbecomefamiliarwithadvancedcomputervisionanddeeplearningconcepts,suchasobjectdetection,tracking,andrecognition,andfinallyshiftyourfocusfrom2Dto3Dvisualization.ThisCVcoursewillenableyoutoexperimentwithcameracalibrationandexplorebothpassiveandactivecanonical3Dreconstructionmethods.Bytheendofthisbook,you’llhavedevelopedthepracticalskillsnecessaryforbuildingpowerfulapplicationstosolvecomputervisionproblems.
